Alatskivi Castle, Estonia
The castle was built in 1885 on the shore of Alatskivi Lake. It was inspired by the famous Balmoral Castle owned by the British royal family. It is much smaller and more modest than the original, but similar to it in many details. The snow-white castle has an asymmetrical plan and is decorated with turrets of different shapes and styles.
On the tour, you can get acquainted with various legends and the extraordinary history of the castle. Also, you can take part in master classes, try on medieval costumes, and book a room in one of the towers.
