Built in 1900 and renovated in 2021, the aparthotel building has a rich history. In 2020, the building won 1st place in the “Facade Restoration” nomination in the “Latvian Construction Awards of the Year 2020” competition; particular attention was paid to the renewing of the hotel tower. Later, in 2022, the aparthotel Amella was opened here.
