Daiquiri Riga Bar

“Rum, cocktails and music” is the motto of a new stylish bar in the center of Riga at Baznīcas 37. Here, bar culture has been turned into art, embracing author’s cocktails based on rum, craft beer and ciders are on the menu. The bar opened in June 2021.

People don’t come here just for drinks, they come for unconventional combinations, extraordinary presentations, good music, new tastes and facts about bar culture. All attention is focused on cocktails: the bar does not have its own kitchen, but if desired, guests can order something from a nearby restaurant, which is pretty convenient.

Every week here is dedicated to a new brand of alcohol. For example, right now, from January 12th to January 15th, in a signature menu, cocktails with Crafter’s London Dry Gin are available:
– Grafter’s bees knees
– Grafter’s Gin&Tonic
– Grafter’s Negroni

And from January 19th to January 22nd you will find special cocktails with The Botanist Gin.

Please note: guests are only accepted with a COVID-19 certificate and ID.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 17:00. All cocktails that you see on the menu have original twists, but upon request, they will gladly make you classic versions.
