Looking for a place with a twist? Then Bar Six is a perfect match. Speakeasy bars, where one could get some spirits and cocktails, were widely spread in America at the time of Prohibition. Bar Six is the first bar of its kind in Riga, immersing its guests in these sassy vibes and serving unique signature cocktails.

To get to the bar, you need to arrive at Gertrudes 14 and find a lantern at the black gate. If the lantern is on, the bar is working. Press “6” on the intercom and wait until the staff lets you in.

The bar menu includes classic and author’s cocktails at a price of 6 EUR. The owners created Bar Six Speakeasy to spread the word about the bar culture and give people the opportunity to enjoy unusual combinations of flavors.

We recommend trying the following:

– Matcha Patcha (gin and matcha)
– Espresso Martini
– non-alcoholic Passion Fizz with passion fruit

Besides cocktails, you can order shots, beer, wine, snacks, and soft drinks here. DJs play at Bar Six every weekend. For example, on January 27th, Bengers FM will have a set here, while the guests will have a chance to try cocktails based on Jack Daniels from a special menu.
