Brūzis Manufaktūra brewery and restaurant in Riga, Latvia

This stylish industrial-vibed place offers a wide selection of dishes, locally brewed beer and tours of the brewery. The restaurant is located in Jugla, one of the largest districts of Riga, within a five-minute drive from the Akropole Alfa shopping center.

The brewery and restaurant are located in a former factory building. Latvian architects were involved in the reconstruction, and in 2022, their work was awarded the Latvian Architecture Prize of the Year. The venue turned out to be truly atmospheric: the interior combines historicity and modern design solutions. In summer, there are large terraces on the roof and in the courtyard; there is also a spacious children’s corner inside for family visits.

The menu is seasonal and changes depending on the time of year. In summer, the team of chefs focuses on street cuisine: burgers, kebabs, tacos. In winter, guests are served more classic options: salads, soups, meat dishes with sides. Also, on the menu, you will find a large selection of snacks to suit every taste. Brunch is available on Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00.

The drinks menu will delight you with a selection of refreshing drinks, cocktails and, of course, beer. There are 13 types of home-brewed beer available, mostly ales. The brewery has an interesting approach to beer titles as many are named by professions – “Technician”, “Architect”, “Chemist”, etc. The local brewing team is constantly experimenting and looking for new tastes, so every time you come here, you will get hyped.

The restaurant regularly hosts live music evenings, stand-up performances and other shows. This is a great platform for young artists: the owners are always ready to collaborate with new talents and help them find an audience.

The space can be easily customized for a private event: you can book the entire restaurant, and the staff will provide you with table layouts, decor options and special menus. If you just want to arrange a visit for a large group, the restaurant has secluded premises on the second floor that can accommodate up to 30 people.
