Buono Buono Pizza opened in 2024 and very quickly won the hearts of its guests. The restaurant is located in a historical building, which is reflected in its interior and preserved authentic brick walls and frescoes. The floor is tiled and displays the coast of Apulia (Puglia), the southeastern region of Italy. The cozy hall is divided into two zones, one of which has a large wooden table, which is convenient to sit in a large company. In summer, you can enjoy pizza or a cocktail on the terrace.
The restaurant’s dishes are inspired by Apulian cuisine, where the kitchen is the heart of the house. This atmosphere is fully recreated in Buono Buono Pizza: the open kitchen allows each guest to become a participant in the process, watching the preparation of dishes in a real Italian oven, which was brought to Riga from Naples.
Apulian cuisine is distinguished by a combination of simplicity and sophistication. The Apulians prepare amazing dishes from simple products, and the Buono Buono Pizza team managed to adopt this approach. Each dish has a rich taste, and you want to savor every bite. The pizza dough here is also signature; it is prepared according to a special recipe, making it very thin, but incredibly juicy.
Besides different types of pizza, on the menu you will find appetizers, pastas, salads and, of course, Italian desserts, as well as a large selection of drinks: Italian and sparkling wines and cocktails.
