Relais Le Chevalier Boutique Hotel in Riga, Latvia

Relais Le Chevalier is a unique hotel in a cozy French style on the main pedestrian street of Old Riga. Being elegant and romantic, is also features a high level of service, designer rooms and great attention to detail.

Relais Le Chevalier is located just perfectly: close to the Dome Cathedral, the House of the Blackheads, the Town Hall, and the Latvian National Opera. There are many restaurants, bars and shops around the corner from the hotel. Some of the rooms have a view over the major street of the Old Town – Kaļķu.

Each floor has a different color dedication. On the second floor, the rooms expose all shades of gray, from ash-silver to calm anthracite. On the third – rich orange and fuchsia colors. On the fourth – blue and navy, and on the fifth – a royal palette of different shades of yellow.

The rooms have high ceilings, comfortable beds, and cozy lighting. The attention to the smallest detail is surprising, from the large number of sockets in the room to the extensive countertops in the bathroom equipped with everything you need.

The highlight of the hotel is the mirrored atrium in the main room. It is a wide 6-storey “tunnel” with a transparent roof. If you are walking around Old Riga and have not yet gone inside, stop by for this view and a lovely gift shop next door.

On the ground floor, Chevalier by Akcenty boutique exhibits collections of designer jewelry, niche fragrances, designer interior items and handmade décor. These are collections from French, Italian and local artisans. Many of them one-of-a-kind.

The hotel is also a great spot for photo shoots.

Relais Le Chevalier takes its pride in high ratings and prestigious awards: Booking – 9.3, Google – 4.8, Hotels.com – 9.4, awards for Building Renovation and Design and Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor.

It may seem that such a hotel would be overpriced, but actually it is not. This season basic rooms start at 56€ and high class rooms – around 100€.
