The Lutheran Church of Rinda was built between 1833 and 1835 by order of Baron Carl Otto von Beer.

For the construction of the church, chipped stone and red brick were used.

The church is adorned with a tall narrow tower built in 1904 and small decorative turrets at the corners of the building.

In 1841, a 50 kg bell was installed in the church, being one of the first bells with a text in Latvian on it. The bell has not survived to this day.

Another pride of the church is the organ made by Karl Bitner in the 19th century and restored in 2005 by organ master Janis Kalniņš.
