CurioCity – children’s educational entertainment center in Kaunas, Lithuania

This unique place in the Baltic countries represents a fun and scientific town for children and adults, where they can spend the whole day interactively exploring various themes.

The two-story center is divided into 13 thematic spaces. For the little ones, there is a toddler area where one can play safely, go down the slide, dive in the ball pool and get acquainted with shapes and colors. In the sound space, you can play different instruments and explore the sounds of nature. In the color space, children may experiment with light, draw on the walls and ride on the rainbow slide.

Some other areas of the centre include the following ones: natural forces, human exploration, puzzles, emotions, studying the Earth and the universe, city heroes (where you can try yourself as a fireman, policeman and even the mayor), construction, farming, food, Culinary Studio and laboratory where you can take part in experiments. All exhibits in the center are interactive, children can get engaged with everything in each area.

On Saturdays, CurioCity throws cooking classes for children 6+. On Sundays, you can take part in various experiments in the laboratory, for example, conduct a volcano eruption or make artificial snow. Participation in cooking classes and experiments is included in the ticket price. Classes are held according to the schedule available on the website curiocity.lt.

You can also celebrate a child’s birthday here. So, you can not only book the different premises and catering services but also choose one of more than 20 different scenarios. For example, you can invite an animator, organize a festive culinary master class, take part in a quest, or have a wizard-style birthday party; there are options for every taste.

The center is open every day from 10:00 to 21:00. Ticket prices vary from 4.5 EUR on weekdays and from 5.5 EUR on weekends. Discounts are available for families with 3 children and for groups.
