Digital planetarium in Ventspils

This is the largest in Latvia and the most up-to-date planetarium in the Baltic States, which has come back to work with an expanded repertoire of footage in January 2019. Its sessions take place in a small room with a domed ceiling and the 360-degree picture projected on it. The repertoire includes 8 films about our planet and space for children and adults, each lasts 40-50 minutes. Films are generally conducted in Latvian, but you can agree in advance on watching them in Russian or English.

The planetarium is located in the Ventspils Creativity House.
