Built in 1967 in the Soviet military camp for space exploring sake, this center currently belongs to the Engineering Research Center of the Ventspils University College. Since the times of the USSR, space and its celestial bodies have been studied here.

A guide will take you around radio telescopes and through an underground tunnel. Also, during the tour you will be able to admire the picturesque view over the sandy paths and Kurzeme hills.
