Guests love this place for its delicious food and amazing atmosphere. The interior is made in a classic style with interesting accents: patterned tiles on the floor, furniture and accents of luxurious emerald color, lots of light and lovely paintings on the walls. Entresol offers guests a five-course tasting menu that changes twice a year. The menu is developed by chef Raimonds Zommers: together with his team, he comes up with incredible combinations of local products that pleasantly surprise guests every time.
A special feature of Entresol is knapas, signature small snacks, which allow the guests to continue enjoying the food even during the breaks in between dishes. This experience stimulates the taste buds and helps one to fully appreciate each dish on the menu.
At the beginning of May 2025, the menu was updated again and this season you can enjoy the following dishes:
– Entresol appetizers,
– Octopus with chorizo and sea grass,
– Sea bass with asparagus,
– Duck breast with carrots and broth sauce,
– Pine ice cream with rhubarb jam and sugar cookies.
The tasting menu can be ordered together with a wine set, so that each dish will be served with a suitable wine. If you prefer to choose a drink to your own taste, the restaurant is eager to please you with a wide variety of wines to strong drinks, as well as non-alcoholic options.
