In the city of Elva, in southeast Estonia, a new attraction has emerged: a promenade with a light fountain. More than 1 million EUR has been invested in the modernization of the city, and on May 1, 2020, a new leisure spot became available to everyone.

Besides the promenade, city guests can visit Lake Arbi and Verevi, the Little Väerada hiking trail with wooden sculptures or combine a trip with a visit to Tartu, which is just within a 25-minute drive from Elva.
