Koigi bog hiking path in Saaremaa, Estonia
The trail passing through the largest swamp on the island of Saaremaa offers hikers a 9-meter observation tower and the opportunity to relax by the lake equipped with a comfortable platform. In autumn, one may find cranberries along the trail.
Some legends claim that a whole estate is hiding at the bottom of Lake Koigi there; others share a belief about a treasure buried in the lake and guarded by spirits.
