The interior of the hall is inspired by London vibes and urban style, exploiting a large space full of light, dark furniture and brick walls with paintings by local artists that can be purchased if desired. In summer, the terrace is open.

The menu at Kolm Sibulat is varied. The concept of the restaurant is freedom of action for the chef and a striking gastronomic surprise for guests. The chefs skillfully combine Asian, European and Mediterranean cuisine, using locally sourced products. Everything is prepared on site; all dishes are made from scratch. For example, a special machine is used to form pasta and noodles, and ramen is based on a signature broth.

The restaurant features an extensive wine list: you can order white, red, pink or sparkling wine from Italy, Spain, France, Germany, New Zealand, Argentina and other countries. In the hall, you will also find a lavish champagne bar. For those into soft drinks, Kolm Sibulat serves various original cocktails with berries and fruits.
