Within just a 20-minute drive from Biržai, a true Lithuanian Provence is located — the Levandų ūkis Lavender Farm. It’s a picturesque haven of tranquility and inspiration, where people come to recharge in the midst of nature.

The farm’s crown jewel is its endless lavender fields, which fill the air with their stunning aroma from June to September. Besides lavender, they grow a rich collection of medicinal and aromatic herbs, as well as ancient Damask roses, which bloom incredibly profusely and exude a sweet fragrance. Every summer morning, the farm’s team hand-picks their petals to create natural cosmetics.

After a stroll through the fields, guests are welcome on the cozy outdoor terrace of the on-site café. The atmosphere, with romantic tablecloths and vintage cups, is reminiscent of a cozy French bistro. Here you can enjoy excellent coffee, herbal tea, or homemade lemonade, as well as signature desserts and lavender ice cream.

The company store offers handcrafted products made from locally sourced ingredients. As a souvenir, you can purchase natural handmade soaps and skincare products, candles and essential oils, fragrant sachets, syrups, lemonades, and gift sets.

The farm owner offers guests exciting tasting programs, “Lavender: From Seed to Product,” where guests are treated to lavender tea and ice cream while learning the secrets of growing the plant. Led by the farm’s founder, you can also attend creative workshops: make an exclusive scrub soap or even create your own original perfume from natural essential oils.

Lavandų ūkis is an amazing venue for vibrant events. The large, manicured lawn with panoramic views of the blooming fields is perfect for romantic photo sessions, picnics, family celebrations, and weddings. Right under the spreading tree, there’s an area with a stage, perfect for hosting a corporate event, a creative evening, or a cozy outdoor music concert.

The summer season runs from June to September. During winter, a product store is open and workshops are available by appointment.
