On September 16th-17th in Kadriorg Park and September 18th-19th in the Old Town of Tallinn, the festival of light installations will be held for the 15th time. Art objects in the urban space will be created by local and foreign artists. The lights come on at 19:00.
The fountain show will take place in Kadriorg’s Swan Pond; concerts and lights shows will be held on Harju Street. The festival has a free attendance.
