By creating Marsas Mieste, the owners aimed to treat guests not only with a stunning gastronomic experience but also to welcome them in a special place that would surprise and inspire them. That is why great attention was paid to the interior inspired by industrialism, reflecting modern style with surprising design elements. During the day, the spacious hall is filled with natural light, and in the evening, the restaurant transforms into a louder and more ambient space.

The restaurant features two menus, a brunch one valid until 13:00 or 14:00 (depending on the day) in a la carte menu. A team of chefs carefully tailors each dish. Only the highest quality products are used in the cooking process. Most of the products are ordered from local farmers and producers, so the food here is not only finger-licking good but also environmentally friendly.
