Kernu Manor and MuSu Restaurant in Harju, Estonia

Kernu Manor is an old manor with a luxurious restaurant by the lake, within just a 20-minute drive from Tallinn. The building was built in the 1810s, and local furniture was brought here from a castle owned by Queen Elizabeth II.

Today, Kernu embraces a popular venue for events, a five-star hotel, a beautiful park and a high-grade restaurant. This is a picturesque place not far from the capital where you can hide from city hustle.

MuSu manor restaurant serves dishes with extraordinary and bold flavors. The owners note that guests get treated by what the cooks love themselves and what one immediately wants to share. The ingredients here mainly involve the products of local origin. The restaurant consists of several rooms where you can arrange posh events like birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. The restaurant can accommodate up to 80 people.

Restaurant chef Erik Kallas and his wife Christel have been running the restaurant business for over 25 years. They used to work in London and in the famous restaurant at Padaste Manor in Saaremaa, were in charge of a Michelin-star restaurant and have been applying their amazing skills to MuSu development for the last 5 years.
