The menu of restaurant NOOT is inspired by both modern and classic Estonian cuisine, enriched with flavors from various world cuisines. It is a great place for a family dinner or a leisurely summer lunch on the terrace.

The restaurant’s interior is designed in a modern Scandinavian style: a spacious hall, plenty of light and muted blue accents inspired by the Baltic Sea and the nature of Estonia. In summer, guests can enjoy a cozy outdoor terrace. For visitors with children, there is a play area in the hotel lobby.

The menu was developed under the supervision of Chef Rudolf Visnapuu, one of the most respected representatives of the Estonian culinary scene also known for his contribution to the development of gastronomic education.
