Ornithological tower in Orjaku. Hiiumaa, Estonia
Being one of the largest constructions of its kind, the Orjaku tower is located on Mount Orjaku near the Gulf of Käina.
In spring and autumn, from the tower, you can watch migratory birds resting in the Käina Bay.
Käina Bay is a bird sanctuary recognized since 1997 as a wetland of international importance.
There is a 1.5 km long nature trail near the tower.
