OSHA is a cozy space in the center of Riga, where people come to get rid of stress and immerse themselves in a complete relaxation, embracing unique scalp and hair care rituals with elements of massage, sound therapy and aromatherapy.

The procedures here are aimed not only at relaxation, but also at improving the condition of the scalp. At the beginning of each session, a diagnosis of the scalp and hair condition is carried out in order to select individual care from professional products. Before the procedure, each guest is also offered to choose an essential oil, the aroma of which will accompany the entire ritual.

The studio’s main focus is Japanese head massage inspired by ancient Ayurvedic practices. It includes not only scalp treatment, but also neck, shoulder, face and hand massage. Jets of water, soft steam and the aroma of essential oils help you deeply relax and feel as if you’ve gone on a full-fledged vacation.

OSHA Spa offers a variety of rituals.
The classic procedure is a comprehensive program that combines care, massage, and deep work on stress zones. This ritual lasts 120 minutes.

The Clear Mind ritual (90 min.) includes scalp care, scrub, massage, water treatments, and hair end restoration.

The Healthy Sleep ritual (90 min.) includes an anti-stress ritual with neck and shoulder massage, sound therapy, and relaxing care.

Each treatment ends with a tea break with herbal tea and a small treat, which makes a perfect end to the holistic ritual. The studio offers individual and couple sessions.

If desired, you can complement the ritual with sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls. Sound therapy allows you to engage your hearing and helps to deeply relax the whole body.
