This charming guesthouse styled as a Swiss chalet is located in a quiet place next to Lake Rubikiai. It is a real oasis of silence in nature, which is perfect for a romantic weekend for two or a secluded holiday on your own.

The Palaima complex was designed with a love for nature. The well-kept territory has many paths along for one to walk and enjoy the views. There is an exit to the lake with a natural beach, so in summer you may enjoy a swim. The guesthouse is also pet-friendly, which allows you to take your pet along on vacation.

Palaima embraces five rooms, each decorated in its own unique manner, but all being minimalist, equipped with comfortable beds, and with interiors made of natural materials like wood and stone. All textiles are handmade linen crafted from alpaca wool; towels, bed linen and curtains are sawn by the hostess of the complex.

For a family holiday, you can rent a Scandinavian-style cottage, which is located away from the main house with a capacity of accommodating up to 6 people.

There is a sauna and a tub on the territory, which can be booked for an extra fee. The sauna is located on the shore of the lake, with an exit to the water nearby, so after the sauna you can dive into the cool lake.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor. You can enjoy it in the hall or on the spacious terrace. Breakfast is prepared for each guest individually: you will be offered to choose dishes, and at the desired time the table will be set for you.

Palaima has a variety of activities to choose from: walks with alpacas, boat and SUP rentals, various workshops, e.g. ceramics, knitting, weaving, painting, and much more.
