Pesapuu Observation Tower, Estonia
One of the main attractions in Southern Estonia, Pesapuu Tower is located in the picturesque Nightingale Valley (Ööbikuorg) in Rõuge.
It is shaped like a tree with two observation platforms shaped like birds’ nests. They symbolize protection, harmony, and the connection between humans and nature.
The tower is 30 meters tall, and its summit offers a beautiful view of the valley and surrounding lakes. In the evening, the tower is illuminated with multicolored lights.
In the valley itself, you can stroll along nature trails, enjoy the tranquility of nature, and learn more about the history of the area.
An information center and café are open during summer.
Free parking is available next to the tower.
