Pizzanaut is not just a pizzeria, it is a place with a special atmosphere. The kitchen located in the center of the hall is fully open, so each stage of pizza-making can be observed in real-time. Right in front of you, the dough is rolled out, smeared with sauce, supplied with all the necessary ingredients and a generous portion of cheese, and finally settled in the oven.

The selection of pizzas is breathtaking. Besides the very popular Margherita, you will find on the menu the best Italian flavors: shrimps, truffles, prosciutto, champignons, and olives. When we talk about the best Italian pizzas, we literally mean that: the chefs were trained to become true pizzaiolos in Florence. That’s why you won’t find pineapple pizza on the Pizzanaut menu 🙂 But you can find vegan options for pizza.

The top choices are Crudo and Truffle – four cheese. Crudo is a pizza with prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula and traditional Italian San Marzano sauce.
