Gaisrine is located on one of the busiest streets in the city, right by the waterfront. The venue catches the eye from afar with its huge open terrace and striking red umbrellas. This is a trendy restaurant with an industrial interior, extensive menu, delicious food, and a terrace with the best view of the Dane River.

The name of the resto-bar is translated as “Fire station” and is reflected in the choice of colors and the description of the dishes on the menu. You can try “fire mussels” and “flaming meat soup” or even try to “build up your team” by choosing your favorite meat, side dish, and sauces. The map of dishes is intricate, funny, and worth paying attention to. One can not make a mistake about a dish choice here as everything is insanely tasty, hearty, and lovely served.

The venue has a strong emphasis on grilled dishes. We recommend trying a variety of steaks and burgers. Besides classic options, you can also give a shot to burgers with a shrimp cutlet or soy meat.

Cocktails occupy a special pedestal in Gaisrine. Besides the popular names – Aperol Spritz, Gin Tonic, Pornstar Martini – you will also find signature drinks like Firefighter Sour and Rose Spritz. The seasonal menu is available too. All cocktails are excellent both in taste and look.

The interior here combines ‘rough’ industrial style and ‘natural’ comfort. Furniture and accent details in metal, concrete, and wood are combined with greenery, which refreshes the premises. A favorite spot for guests in any weather is a terrace with panoramic windows and a wide bar in the middle. The windows are often opened to let in the wind from the Baltic Sea.
