CRU restaurant
This restaurant in the center of Old Tallinn is known for its unusual interior and haute cuisine. It is a place for people with good taste, fresh look at things and those who love to spend time in fancy and original way.
Everyone will find a favorite spot in the restaurant: there are 4 spacious areas, all with a different design. The upper level of the restaurant is rather modern, with fashionable decorative elements, high ceilings and wide windows overlooking the Old Town. On the lower level, there are two renovated halls reflecting the 15th century and a wine cellar. On warmer days, guests can enjoy their meals on the outdoor terrace and patio.
The menu embraces many unusual tastes and combinations: halibut from the Barents Sea, veal from the nose to the tail, a Thuringen goat with a bouquet of fresh herbs, as well as original snacks and desserts.
The chef of the restaurant, Dmitri Haljukov, represented Estonia in the final of the Bocuse d´Or competition, the very famous olympiad of haute cuisine.
