The menu is small, which means the chef pays great attention to each dish. Meanwhile, the selection is original, embracing bold combinations of tastes, extraordinary products and sauces, unconventional presentation.

We recommend:

Tuna pizza, the restaurant’s top snack with crispy thin base, umami aioli sauce, and truffle. And a lot, a lot of tuna.

Foie gras – ruddy and airy brioche bread with foie gras, mushrooms, artichoke, lingonberry… Foie gras is made from duck liver here, although that of geese is a more popular option in restaurants.

Brussels sprouts immersed in creamy sauces, literally melting in your mouth.

Guinea fowl – baked poultry, hazelnut risotto, shiitake and perfectly matched sauces.

Hot pot with large shrimps with sweet potatoes, onions and sun-dried tomatoes, served with a separate plate of rice, hearty and delicious.

For dessert, we advise you to order Citrus, combining all kinds of tastes: sweet, fresh, sour, and a bud-teasing bitterness of dark chocolate. Or “When in Italy” to taste several classic Italian tastes and textures at once.
