Saarjärve Guest Complex, Estonia

This marvelous place to escape from the city bustle and enjoy nature, clean lake water, and outdoor activities is located on the shore of Lake Saarjärve, 50 km from Tartu. You can come here for family trips, romantic getaways, and meetups with friends.

The complex offers several accommodation options. The main house has two floors and 8 rooms. Each room is designed for 4 people with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilets. It is convenient to book the house for a group trip as you can rent both floors completely; if the group is up to 16 people, you can rent only one floor. Also, there is a meeting room in the same building, making a great spot for off-site lectures, seminars, and corporate events.

For families and groups of up to 6 people, there is another smaller house with a bedroom and a terrace on the 2nd floor and a sauna, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. Access to water and an outdoor tub is just by the house so that you can take advantage of them at any time of the day.

If you are planning to enjoy a romantic getaway, the complex may provide you with a glamping tent equipped with electricity and a stove, making the tent available throughout the year.

On-site, there is another oval sauna with a tub and a steam room designed for 8 people. After the bath, you can cool off right in the lake as everything is equipped for it. The sauna can be booked without accommodation in the complex.

If you are into active holidays, Saarjärve is eager to offer you cycling tours, boat trips on the lake, as well as SUP boards, rafting on the Võhandu River, orienteering in the forest and much more.

The complex has a place for a fire and equipment for the grill. An excellent breakfast may also be served for an extra fee. If you’d like to book the guest house for a private event, the complex may take charge of arranging a set of refreshments.
