Saku Manor. Saku, Estonia

Home » Объекты » Saku Manor. Saku, Estonia

This beautiful manor is located half an hour from Tallinn, being one of the most striking examples of neoclassical architecture in Estonia.

The manor building was erected in 1820 and has served various purposes. It housed a home economics school, an agricultural college, a research institute, a kindergarten, a library and even residential apartments. Since 2003, it has been functioning as a seminar and recreation center.

The manor offers a variety of recreational opportunities. For example, in the manor park, you can walk along a health trail, and within a 200-meter distance from the manor, there is an 18-hole disc golf course.

The estate itself has two halls (Ballroom and Palm), two living rooms (Cognac and Gentlemen’s), a seminar room with a foyer, a restaurant, 12 spacious hotel rooms with different interior designs (25 pax), and a BeerSPA. Now, you can book rooms in the estate for corporate events.

We also recommend paying attention to the unique BeerSPA ritual embracing beer baths with natural brewing ingredients: yeast, hops and malt flour. Bathing in an oak beer bath helps to relax muscles, improves skin and blood circulation, besides being just a unique experience.

The estate has been hosting the summer music festival Sack von Sound for five years now, during which the Saku estate turns into a modern music hive. During this two-day fest, guests may enjoy performances by various musicians and DJs. For example, this year the famous Estonian band TRAD.ATTACK! rocked the stage.

The music festival program also includes events for children. This year, on the second day of the festival, the band Lolala, known for its repertoire for children performed.
