Being one of the oldest parks in the capital of Lithuania, built in the 17th century, it used to belong to the great Lithuanian hetman Kazimir Jan Sapieha.

In the center of the park, there is a wooden building of the former hospital, where one of the largest IT complexes, Vilnius Tech Park, is now located.

In the courtyards, you will find various monkey sculptures. In the park, you can see the “Iron Wolf” sculpture which reminds of the legend of the founding of the capital.

At the gates of the park, on Antakalnis Street, there is a 300-year old linden tree, which is recognized as a natural monument.
