St. Anna’s Church in Mustjala. Saaremaa, Estonia
St. Anna’s Church in Mustjala is named after the wife of the Danish Vice-Governor, Anna Shestedt. In 1605, she built a chapel, which was later rebuilt into a church.
The high church tower used to be a beacon for sailors. In the design of the church, you can find the motives of the Gothic and Romanesque styles.
