Stameriena Castle is an architectural and historical monument in the village of Vecstameriena, Gulbene region. Its construction began in the 19th century. It is one of the most interesting eclectic buildings among Latvian estates.

After the restoration of Latvian independence, it was empty and abandoned for several years. However, the building was renovated in 2019.

Now the castle can be explored both from the outside and for a fee inside.

In addition to the chic interiors, you can enjoy a large-scale photo exhibition exposing the castle details before the restoration of the facade and roof in 2019. Now the roof of the castle above the stairs is decorated with a huge 8-sided glass pyramid with a sky view.
