Siauliai Tourist Information Center
We suggest that you start your adventure here. In the center, you can buy maps, rent a bicycle and find out all the necessary information.
Siauliai Boulevard
Siauliai became the first city in Lithuania and the third in the world to turn the city’s central street into a pedestrian boulevard. Here, you will find restaurants and shops, interactive objects and maps, information screens and historical monuments: three-dimensional advertising, sculptures, and murals.
Bicycle Museum
The only bicycle museum in Lithuania is worth a visit for every fan of this sport and leisure activity. There is an extensive exhibition with many items on three floors.
Sundial Square
The square was established to commemorate the 750th anniversary of the city. There is a stele decorated with the symbol of Siauliai, the golden arrow. Concerts and other events often take place here.
Lake Talkšos
The lake located in the city center is surrounded by a modern playground, a sports ground, spots for recreation and picnics, a cafe, a wake park, and the symbol of the city, the Iron Fox.
Botanical Garden
Here, you can find a wide variety of plants, learn about their features, have a tea party or a picnic, and also attend a master class on creating bouquets.
Chaim Frenkel’s Villa and the Park of a Thousand Roses
Built in the 20th century in Art Nouveau style, the villa offers two exhibitions and hundreds of roses blooming in the park in summer. On the ground floor of the villa, you can dine in the gourmet restaurant Bleu de Frenkel.
Lake Rekiva
The tenth largest lake in Lithuania is located away from the center and is considered one of the most romantic places in Siauliai. You can sunbathe and swim on the beach or rent a boat at the local yacht club. In the evenings, come here to admire incredible sunsets while strolling along the pier.
