Dzintari (‘ambers’ in Latvian) is a part of the city of Jurmala located on the shores of the Gulf of Riga, 23 km from the capital. Dzintari is one of the most prestigious areas in Latvia, embracing a many villas, mansions and attractions:

• The “Rose of Turaida” sculpture depicting a modern version of the locally famous Turaida Rose, talking on the phone and waiting for her fiancé

• The old 1.1-km Jomas street filled with restaurants, cafes, hotels and venue.

• The “Globe” sculpture, the largest and most popular globe in Latvia established in the late 60s – early 70s.

• A beautiful Orthodox church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God located near the “Globe” sculpture.

• The Dzintari forest park with a 33.5-meter high an observation tower, a great place for an active and relaxing holiday.
