Tireli Bog Trail (Cenas tīreļa purva). Latvia
The second largest bog in Latvia, Tireli, is located approximately 30 kilometers from Riga.

It used to cover a much larger area, but over time, due to human activity, its territory has shrunk. Today, part of the bog is protected, while the rest is still used for peat extraction.

A wooden trail approximately 6 kilometers long runs through the bog, passing old peat fields and then leading through an untouched section of the bog with lakes, mosses, and low pine trees.

Benches and information boards are established along the route, and an observation tower is located halfway along the trail offering picturesque views.

This is a great place for walking, taking photos, and observing nature.
