1. Oru Park in Toila, Estonia

In this picturesque place in the valley of the Pühajõgi river, you can walk along well-groomed paths, get to know various types of trees and bushes, visit a silver spring cave, admire the sea view and the sunset in the Swallow’s Nest pavilion.

2. “Kernave” museum preserve, Lithuania

Being one of the most unique places in Lithuania, “Kernave” is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In the 13th century, it was a large city with five fortifications. Today, you can only see hills that form an amazing landscape and attract many tourists.

3. Juniper Valley in Kaunas. Lithuania

This 1.3 km long hiking trail is the longest equipped walking pathway in the Kaunas region.

8. Pikene cliff and Small Devil’s Cave in Sigulda, Latvia

The sandy Pikene cliff represents a natural spot with numerous gorges and several caves, covered with nationally protected woods. Murmuring streams flow down from it, forming a small waterfall, which turns into an icefall in winter.

Preila, or Artist Dune, embraces a trail and an observation deck, which used to be a favourite spot among artists in Soviet times.

10. Koigi bog hiking path in Saaremaa, Estonia

The trail passing through the largest swamp on the island of Saaremaa offers hikers a 9-meter observation tower and the opportunity to relax by the lake equipped with a comfortable platform.
