VasaRojus recreation complex. Birštonas, Lithuania

VasaRojus is a true oasis of peace and seclusion on the banks of the Verkne River, within less than 10-minute drive from Birštonas. Here, you will find cozy pods, saunas, jacuzzi hot tubs and the opportunity to disconnect from the routine completely.

There are 5 pods in the complex: Yurt, Big Dome and three Small Domes. The Yurt and Small Domes can accommodate up to 4 people, and in the Big Dome, up to 6 people may reside. This is a great place for a romantic and family getaway. The complex is also pet-friendly.

The Yurt has a unique design consisting of a wooden frame, upholstered in sheep wool and a breathable cover. This construction allows you to enjoy the sounds of nature while inside. The Domes are small two-story houses with a bedroom in the attic and a transparent window luring for stargazing at night.

Each house is equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, a shower and toilet, a small kitchen area, and a recreation area next to each house. If you wish, you can use outside and make a barbecue.The kitchen features all necessary utensils, tea accessories, coffee and drinking water. The houses are heated, so you can come to the complex all year round.

There is a sauna near the river, up for a separate booking. After the sauna, you can refresh yourself in the shower or in the river, even in winter: when the river is covered with ice, the owners drill a hole through.

Guests may not only enjoy the sauna, but also book a jacuzzi or a 3-hour bath ritual conducted by a professional bath attendant.

If you are into active recreation, VasaRojus is there for you, offering kayaks, electric scooters, regular and electric bicycles and SUPs for rent.

The complex is constantly growing and developing. Soon, the owners plan to open a small cafe where you can have breakfast with dishes prepared from products from local farmers.
